Ron founded Fitton Insurance Brokers in 1984 and has successfully accumulated more than 34 years’ experience in the insurance industry since. Although Ron has a background and special interest in Bloodstock (thoroughbred breeding & racing), his areas of expertise also include corporate and commercial insurance and is more than capable of handling any insurance matter.

Manager, Bloodstock Div. & Senior Client Executive

Jo has a wide knowledge in all levels of insurance cover and associated products, spanning some twenty years’ experience in the industry. She manages the Bloodstock and Equine Divisions, in particular high-end race horses and performance horses, she is a highly experienced and well-respected family member in the Fitton Corporation, playing an integral role in the business.

Wazid has worked in major companies around the world and comes to us highly qualified with a Master of Business (Advanced) and his Tier 1 in Insurance Broking. He will be looking after Broking Operations in the business as well as some of our Corporate clients.

Client Executive - Personal, Business, Farm & Crop

David joins us having 3 years’ experience at Suncorp as a Sales and Service Consultant. He is working in the Personal, Rural and Commercial division as well as utilising his IT skills in imporving our service delivery. David’s approach to insurance is based around developing strong relationships with clients through understanding each client’s risk and requirements so that he can tailor an insurance programme to ensure his clients’ interests are adequately protected.

Yashi has been working in the Insurance Industry for 6 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in the Domestic Insurance division. Yashi is passionate about customer service, ensuring clients requirements are met in a professional and friendly manner.

Administration and Marketing Assistant

Paula has been working in a variety of administration areas for over three years. She has completed a Diploma in Graphic Design and Marketing and will be using her knowledge to ensure our clients receive quality and relevant content across all forms of media, whilst also assisting in the office.
