Ron Fitton

Managing Director

Ron founded Fitton Insurance Brokers in 1984 and has successfully accumulated over 38 years’ experience in the insurance industry since. Although Ron has a background and special interest in Bloodstock (thoroughbred breeding & racing), his areas of expertise also include corporate and commercial insurance and is more than capable of handling any insurance matter.

Maryam Rahimpour

Maryam has 8 years’ experience in the insurance industry as a skilled Actuary. She is graduated in BSC Statistics and is expert at statistical and analytical skills. She spends her spare time with her husband playing Squash, Swimming and running.

Adam Capner

Adam joined the Fitton team with an extensive 10+ year history in the insurance broking industry, specialising in farm, business and commercial motor. Adam is the go-to when you need specialty cover for your farming or business activities. When he’s not in the office, Adam is often to be found at the golf course caddying for his sons and maybe taking a swing or two himself.

Jo Noonan

It’s with mixed feelings that we announce our valued colleague and team member, Jo-Anna, will now be working in a semi-retired role once a week in accounts — after 30 years helping the business as our Bloodstock Manager.

Colin Murphy

Account Executive & Business Development

Colin Murphy has joined the Fitton team with over 15 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry. Colin is a specialist in farm and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He has seven grandchildren and a St Bernard and enjoys spending time with his family and travelling. Although he hates golf, apparently his swing improves after a beer.

Victoria Campo-Clarke

Client Executive

Victoria is our Equine specialist and has been with Fitton for two years. With three years of insurance experience and over 25 years hands on in the horse industry as a riding school coach and competitive rider, Victoria is the go-to when you need cover for your horse, no matter how big or small. She spends her spare time with her two dogs, and her husband and sister training endurance horses.

Christina Grear

Account Executive & Business Development

Leading up to now, Christina grew up with horses and found her way into the thoroughbred racing industry in her teenage years. When she and her partner moved to Melbourne, she began insurance in a full-time capacity. She has her own horses which she rides and trains for eventing and show jumping. Her diverse team includes off the track thoroughbreds, Connemara’s, and warmbloods. Christina is looking forward to talking horses and answering any insurance questions you may have soon!

Michelle Greer

Administrative Assistant

Michelle is joining the Fitton Insurance team as an Administration Assistant. She will be supporting the brokers and helping with customers’ inquiries. Her background is in the grain industry where she worked for 23 years in Office Administration. She and her husband have beef and cropping farm on the Darling Downs, where they are raising their three daughters.
